Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information (if applicable). Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time  
We offer the following shipping methods:

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days (depending on your location).
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (depending on your location).

Please note that these delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable). You can track your order through the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam or junk folder.

5. Shipping Delays  
Baeb Basics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, but once it is with the carrier, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

6. Preorder Items
If you are purchasing a preorder item, please be sure to read the product description on the product page carefully before placing your order. Preorder items have a specific expected ship date, which will be listed in the product details. Please note that preorder items will be shipped as soon as they become available, and you will receive an email notification once your item has shipped. If you order a combination of in-stock and preorder items, your order will ship once all items are available. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for preorder and in-stock items
